The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.
A three-year-old girl was one of the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later released.
Police detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.
Police were called at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.
The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in train delays and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
